How Guest Requests works
Everything from setting up your page to what happens after the wedding.
- 1
Choose your guests’ link
We suggest a link when your page is created. Change it to anything you like before you go live. Once the page is live the link is locked, so that anything you have already shared keeps working.
Go to Page Link - 2
Add your details
Add a photograph of the two of you, check your names, date and venue, and write a short welcome message. Guests see all of this at the top of your page.
Go to Wedding Settings - 3
Add your own songs
Must play songs go to the top of the final list ahead of guest requests. Do not play songs are kept off the night. Quick Picks are shown to guests as one tap suggestions. Add songs one at a time, or paste or upload a whole playlist and we will sort it into songs for you.
Go to Wedding Settings - 4
Make your page live
Press Make my page live. Until you do, the link does not work for guests, so there is no rush to share it.
Go to Page Link - 5
Share the link
Put your link on invitations, your wedding website or in a WhatsApp group, or add guests’ email addresses under Guest Invites and we will email them for you. Guests do not need an account, just the link.
Go to Guest Invites - 6
Watch the requests come in
Every song, who asked for it, any dedication and how many likes it has. Decline anything you would rather not hear, and download the whole list as a spreadsheet at any time.

Seven days before the wedding
We email you a week before with the count so far. Then your page closes to new requests and we email the final list, with your must play and do not play songs and every dedication, to you and to whoever is running the music on the night, together with a phone friendly handover page. A reminder goes out the day before.

One month after the wedding
Everything linked to your booking, including guest names, requests, dedications and your account, is permanently deleted, with no further emails from us. If you want to keep the list, download it from Song Requests before then.
